Flown Mushshak, T-37, K-8, T-38 and Mirage aircrafts, I kept evolving and after 2000 hours under my belt as you read. I am now rated Flight Instructor on Cessna 152 172 with Frozen ATPL. Along the way, I have acquired CRMI/CRMT Train the trainer profiles. Flight safety and Aviation Risk Management is a skill set that I have mastered in my aviation career. I have trained 2000 plus individuals in Safety-Related matters world-wide. I have over 21 years of applied aviation and risk management experience with an international flair. After exiting the Air Force and reinventing myself (which I do everyday!) I have trained High Reliability Organisations (HROs) to become the best of what they can be and enhanced Human Performance. Human Factor Behavior has become my forte' in Corporate Training's. Specialties: I am a successful safety executive manager, utilizing hands-on leadership experience in capturing worthy programs within the aviation industry.
